Description -Prepare & implement the annual Human Resources plane that helps in achieving the companys overall strategic plane. -Supporting all the companys divisions with the needed stuff recruitment when required -Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff throughout the organization, and ensure that the staff handbook is comprehensive and up- to- date. -Communicate with all the available recruitment channels, participate in the available employment fairs, recruit through social networks -Participate in stuff selection process, design & implement the needed and suitable skills tests (IQ, computer skills, languageetc) -Work closely with seniors & line managers, providing them with experts guidance -Controlling & monitoring the implementation of all HR & Personnel functions ( policies & procedures ,terms & condition of employment ,absence management ,compensations, restructuring of services , performance management, performance appraisal , training ...etc) -Managing and organizing the trainings required for the development of the employees across all departments. - Running and analyzing employee surveys related to job satisfaction. - Keep up-to-date with all legal issues such as employment laws , legislations & social insurance, also insuring the compliance of the companys procedures and documents with all of this legal requirement requirements
Qualifications Bachelor degree, MBA is an asset, Egyptian and foreigners are invited to apply.-Minimum of 10 years experience in a senior managerial position. Excellent Knowledge of HR Management & labor laws and regulations - Planning, Organizing, Time Management Skills

Experience 10-15 Years.
Other Skills -Ability to work under pressure, Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving skills, Strong leadership Skills. All office Application & Excellent computer skills using Microsoft office & Internet.
