Description Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Main Duties And Responsibilities 1. Reply to exceptions coming from the affiliates and follow up on proceeding them. 2. Modify the credit policy for clients 3. Record any other modifications for clients 4. Conduct a weekly report for Key Accounts debts 5. Revise the customer account report and send it to each affiliate on monthly bases. 6. Conduct a monthly report for the clients ratification of debts. 7. Conduct a debts separated report for each affiliate. 8. Conduct reports (Delivery and receipts). 9. Conduct report for the new clients. 10. Conduct reports for key accounts Withdrawals. 11. Conduct (sales- debts- collections) report for the 7 affiliates on quarterly bases. 12. Conduct Report for the clients the affiliates didnt deal during the year by the end of the year.
Qualifications 1. BSc. Degree from faculty of commerce, English section is preferable. 2. Excellent commend of MS. Office, Excel is a must. 3. Excellent commend of finance software, Axapta is preferable. 4. 4 years experience in relevant experience.
