Qualifications Candidate should have minimum 10 years experience in FMCG field MBA is highly desirable Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills; Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills
