Description Evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that MIS facilities meet these needs — Planning, developing and monitoring and MIS budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness — Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems; — Researching and installing new systems — Ensuring the smooth running of all MIS systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision — Enhance Enterprise recourse planning RP utilization — Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to — Managing software license and its renewal — Providing secure access to the network for remote users — Ensuring the security of data from internal and external attack and proposing the proper solution — Providing users with appropriate support and advice — Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems — Mentoring and training new MIS support staff — Keeping up to date with the latest technologies. — Follow up and update our website on the Internet. By communicating with the various Departments he has to update and add News Flash once a month on the ECOTEL Site.
Qualifications Bachelor in Information System is a MUST. Minimum 7 years experience. Flexibility in working hours. Time Management, Communication, and Problem solving skills required. Network Security, Promoting Process Improvement, Network Maintenance, Operating Systems. MALES ONLY
