Description Supervise couriers in terms of discipline in attendance and wearing companys uniform. Deliver shipments to couriers sorted according to their route. Follow-up the delivery process throw phone during the delivery process. Receive return shipments to be delivered for the sorting team. Prepare Quality Report immediately during the delivering process. Review the POD (proof of delivery) reports loaded by data entry on company system. Send daily report with work progress to operation manager.
Qualifications Courier Service Knowledge is preferable. Excellent communication Skills. Ability to deal with customers. Leadership skills Problem solving skills
Gender Male
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Salary (L.E.) 1500 - 2500
