Description People: 1. Supervise all security personnel including outsourced security staff and educating them of the Various procedures and systems approved by the management. Administration: 2. Perform periodic and random security inspections and prepare security reports as necessary. 3. Maintain inspection reports and records and advise senior management of deficiencies and remedial/disciplinary efforts to ameliorate deficiencies. Fixed Assets: 4. Initiate, coordinate and manage all security and loss prevention related tasks within the organization. 5. Establish security systems for the company such as (fire fighting system, surveillance systems and Gates and Access Control systems). 6. Lead the investigations with the cooperation of the HR and Legal departments in any frauds that may occur on daily basis. 7. Supervise and monitor access to facilities keys, offices, trucks etc. 8. Check the integrity, safety and quality of consignments handling, transit and storage and monitor compliance to security procedures, especially for ‘High Risk– consignments, during handling and transit times. Quality: 9. Facilitate the implementation of Total Quality Management and work on quality related matters and support departments in the establishment of quality related documentation. Finance: 10. Undertake budget planning, monitoring and reporting appropriate to security systems & measures.
Qualifications University Degree. Risk Management Certificate and/or Security Management Certificate are a plus. Good Awareness of Express Mail industry.

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills Qualified Candidate will have a proven track of the following Skills: - Communication Proficiency - Decision Making - Problem Solving - Initiatives - Result Oriented - Perseverance - Analytical Thinking Good command of MS office applications with ability to generate reports using word & Excel
