Job Description
- Call handling, receive calls, identify the issue, resolve or escalate functionally to other support groups. - Registering calls to Remedy using templates and right categorization, ticket type, adding all details in work info, reassign it to the right person/ group if needs. - Follow up with end users regarding the open tickets, and to update customer regularly. - Usually update the ticket with all details and latest communication with stakeholders. - Follow up with other support groups regarding the tickets submitted related to BP Egypt end users. - Ensure ticket closure through communication with end users.
Job Qualification
- ITIL foundation is a must Microsoft operating systems experience - MCP Win7 are recommended . - Language and communication skills are a must. - Soft skills is required
