Description Works as directed by the QC Supervisor/ Quality Control Manager for sampling and analysis of sugar. Assures the calibration of the lab equipment according to ISO standards. Liaises with the process personnel to ensure effective application and interpretation of laboratory data. Undertakes routine sampling, analyses and information collection for raw sugar, process, utilities, finished product and microbiology using available laboratory equipment and instrumentation. Works safely and effectively ensuring compliance with all safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures and practices. Carries out any non-routine analyses as requested by operations units. Logs analysis and other relevant data on the laboratorys data system, accurately and on-time, to be use by process staff and other personnel.
Qualifications Bachelor of Chemistry • Fresh graduate with overall grade Good • Very Good English
