Description —Lead, direct and evaluate the group and companies accounting teams in achieving established departmental goals and objectives —Review and control documents cycle, process and apply the DAG for disbursements —Prepare monthly general different aging report and closely monitoring cash flow status on Daily Basis —Prepare SOA for the principals financial position using GP accounting modules —Responsible for accuracy sales cycle (posting by checking the invoices coding and supporting documents) —Monitor the accounts payable due amounts and schedule payments in coordination with the companies chiefs —Monitoring all the companies sales COGS and margin and reported the variances —Supervise the inventory and GAFI records in controlling the stock levels of the Free Zone Warehouses and review the FZ in/out report on monthly basis to be reflected in the month closing —Review payroll values vs. payments and take the necessary corrective actions —Monitoring the comprehensive companies budget / cash flow in monthly basis —Preparing comprehensive monthly financial package (Sales Vs. cost analysis report, P&L analysis, cost centres breakdown, monthly aging (principals ” receivable ”payable- inventory), cash positions and monthly cash flow situation, any other monthly required footnotes and balance sheet) —Review regular and ad hoc accounting and finance reports before their transmittal to intended key users
Qualifications •Bachelor Degree of commerce •Minimum 10 years of experience •CMA or MBA is must •Familiarity With ERP systems with supply chain background (preferred Microsoft dynamics GP) •Excellent Knowledge of Ms. Office
