Description To manage the sales operations in given territories with the overall objectives of building business by maximizing volume, market share and profit growth. Defining and implementing sales and distribution strategies in line with Egypt vision. Deliver sales and distribution targets through executing top notch strategies while reinforcing local insights and establishing trade and competition knowledge. Lead and have ownership of the S&OP cycle for total Egypt Business. Work with Marketing Manager to develop Category Management & Customer marketing to optimize sales and profit for Marico and our trade partners. Ensure that distributor sale force are effectively trained and are equipped to respond to current and future business needs.
Qualifications Professional qualification from reputed premier institutes in Business Administration. Minimum of 8 years commercial experience, in major FMCG multinational companies. Hands on with markets like Egypt and North Africa.

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills Ability to confront the status quo. Possess good business acumen. Carry the appetite for quantum growth. Effective leadership Qualities.
