Description —Direct and coordinate technicians. —Test samples and check paint batches according to paint suppliers specifications. —Review; analyze reports, process modifications to achieve daily production requirements under consideration of quality standards, working according to the companys environmental management system. —Mix paint materials according specifications and follow application on line together with other paint supervisors. —Availability of required material / consumable for paint procedures. —Responsible for daily adjustment of all chemicals and paint required for process. —Responsible for checking paint parameters & product quality parameters. —Supervising waste water plant operation & adjustment according to environment limits. —Supervising DI units & PT/ED chemical dosing as well as chemical dosing for coagulation at spray booths. —ED Sanding / Sealing & primer spray line supervision.
Qualifications B. Sc.: Degree of Science Chemistry Dept.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
