Description The Role: —As an Area Manager for our fashion brand you will lead multi-site store teams to meet their targets, be responsible for all store and employee development including performance management, coaching and identifying development, and be accountable for visual merchandising in assigned stores. —You will also actively contribute to the development of business initiatives including new stores and store closures. —You will have At least 3 years large store or multi-site experience. —You must have a retail experience (Stores) or you will be disregarded. Job Specifications: —Reaching the targets and goals set for your area —Maintaining and increasing sales of your companys products —Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base —Servicing the needs of your existing customers —Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market —Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole —Recruiting and training sales staff —Allocating areas to sales representatives —Developing sales strategies and setting targets —Monitoring your teams performance and motivating them to reach targets —Compiling and analyzing sales figures —Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself —Collecting customer feedback and market research —Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Qualifications • Graduated in Sales Or Business administration- MBA would be an added advantage- AUC ,GUC are welcomed. •7-10 years of experience in Retail sales & Should have at least 5 years experience in managing a sales team. •Excellent sales and negotiation skills •Good business sense •The ability to motivate and lead a team •Initiative and enthusiasm •Excellent communication and people skills •Good planning and organizational skills •The ability to work calmly under pressure •Good IT and report writing skills •Foreign language skills are increasingly useful
