Description     The Business Development Executive is responsible for managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and partnerships to increase sales and industry reach. This position offers a true ground-floor opportunity for an experienced Business Development or Sales Professional to join our exciting, fast growing company. Business Development Executives report to the Director of Sales. Key Responsibilities Responsible for Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Work closely with Marketing Executive & Sales and Distribution Manger to obtain referrals from events, publications etc. Prepare and implement an effective schedule / plan of clients visits to sell company products. Segregate outcome of visits to closed, pending or declined. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. Reports are daily, weekly & monthly. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. Develop and implement special sales activities / events, in coordination with Marketing Executive to achieve target.
Qualifications    Desired Skills and Experience A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation An effective team player with a strong work ethic Basic knowledge of the health insurance industry and health care reform Experience with training and staff development Job Qualifications Bachelor Degree. Excellent command of written and spoken English language is a must. Fresh Graduate & Ideally to have a previous Sales or marketing experience average 3-5 years in Business field. Own a car. Proven sales record. Strong customer service skills. Proven negotiating and influencing skills. Self - motivated, with excellent planning and organisational skills.

Compensations    compensation : fixed salary + commission Referral Bonus : Bonus every quarter
