Description —managing construction projects —overseeing building work —setting out sites and organizing facilities —supervising contracted staff —ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales —liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff —checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings —providing technical advice; problem solving —ordering and negotiating the price of materials —acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives; —checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations; —ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications; —liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress; —overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site; —Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Qualifications 3-5 years’ experience. - Good knowledge with AutoCAD. - Have initiative and also play well with others - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Other Skills Site Engineer will be based on site. He will have full responsibility for supervision on the team on site (subcontractors & Workers), & must Have Experience with Super fine finishes & the latest technologies of implantation. Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical. Will be responsible for the coordination between the main office & the site. Must have an eye for details and a Quick problem solver. At least 4 years of experience on A Class large Private Residence projects with Experience with landscape implementation & the construction of swimming pools.
Salary (L.E.) 2600 - 4500
Comments College graduate of faculty of Engineering or Fine arts or applied Arts and with 4-5+ years of experience. Candidates must conduct themselves professionally and represent the organization well. Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; budget and schedule; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. Experience managing Revit projects preferred. This position will understand how a Construction Document set of Drawings is assembled.
