Description Act as first line of support for providing technical assistance and support for SGC employees Install and support Software and hardware End-to-end problem resolution for desktop, Laptop and client services Troubleshoot the network services (printing, email service and internet access). Perform Data backup and security policies implementation of client terminals Ensure accurate allocation of information technology assets Ensure smooth operations by minimizing down time Educate and give orientations to users when needed on IT related issues Control end users access to information resources Propose solutions to increase efficiency in relation to technical support operations Adhere to set of processes and procedures. Early highlighting obstacles preventing adherence Timely submission of reports
Qualifications Diploma in Computer Systems, Systems Administration, or related technical discipline Advanced Desktop and Laptop hardware and Software troubleshooting experience with multiple operating systems Printers, modems and other peripheral device knowledge

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Must be able to be productive while working alone or in a team environment Customer focused with strong troubleshooting skills Customer management skills and communication skills Problem solving skills and process oriented
