Description     — The Facility Manager role is to work to deliver a wide range of support and administrative functions. — He focuses on assisting and implementing any improvements to the provision of all support functions across the organization. — Ensure that all properties owned or leased by MABANY For Real Estate Investment are accessible, operational, secured. Monitoring the condition of public and common areas and any defects or faults. — Fully respond to emergency situations (evacuations, alarm activations, accidents) in line with Vine & Government guidance. — Facilities managers must motivate and coordinate employees, as well as deal with any disciplinary issues that may come up.
Qualifications    • Bachelor degree in military or Police academy. • More than 5 years of experience in facilities management and supervising others. . Retired armed Forces of Police Officer
