Description -Coordinate and direct the activities for interface between the Neighboring Company and the Contractors. -Contribute in all meetings between the Refinery Staff and the local authorities staff to ensure that no obstacles and all interfaces well coordinated -Monitor for the daily Contractor work outside the Refinery, plan and coordinate the required meetings and the required permits from the local authorities. -Keep records of the Drawings, Meetings and Safety requirements outside the Refinery Fence. -Arrange the interface between the Neighboring Company and the Contractor from one side and between the Contractor and the Local authorities from the other side. -Ensure the requirement of the Neighboring Companies and Local Authority has been fulfilled by the Contractors. -Arrange for the Site Visits may be required by the Contractors to site and follow up the Refinery requirements.
Qualifications Minimum 12-15 years experience in material procurement function for a major Project, operating Refinery, Petrochemical Industries.

Experience 10-15 Years.
