Description The Operations Manager will be the backbone of the company who is responsible for ensuring organisational effectiveness. Responsibilities: (1) Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the companys mission -- specifically, support management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organisational planning. (2) Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the companys functions as well as coordination and communication between the company and its clients. (3) Oversee overall financial management and planning. (4) Management of budget in coordination with the Managing Director. (5) Coordination of the companys primary consulting and training activities. (6) Contributing to the write-up of consulting proposals and grants (from time to time). (7) Organisation of all company documents. (8) Attending conferences and client events
Qualifications (1) At least 3 years experience in Operations, Financial Management or Administration. (2) Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook. (3) Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. (4) Experience in bookkeeping. (5) Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. (6) Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization. (7) Meticulous and persuasive with details and facts.
