Description 1-Supervise recruitment process (screening, sorting CVs, organizing interviews) to fill vacant positions and achieve the company targets. 2-Conduct reference checks on well-qualified candidates and communicate to recruiters and hiring managers as appropriate. 3-Supervising the implementation of HR plans /Action Plans of all HRD functions as of Compensation & Benefits & Recruitment and by following up on execution of plans and action plans. 4-Implementing and sharing in developing HR programs & policies. 5-Implements management approved salary grades and structure in addition to reviewing and preparing compensation packages of new recruits. 6- Monthly planning Recruitment progress and C&B reporting.
Qualifications • B.Sc. of Commerce/Business Administration • Financial background (accounting graduate). • Compensation & Planning experience.

Other Skills High Communication,Skills,Presentation skills, self motivated, Very good handling of MS office applications.
