Description Job Description Position: Part-Time Trainer Reports To: Youth Academy Manager. Major Job Responsibilities: -Conducting training programs in the areas of interpersonal Communication, Time Management, Problem Solving, Business Writing and Presentation Skills. -Conduct orientation sessions. -Develop positive relationships with the students in order to monitor and resolve students concerns. -Evaluate and grade students class work, assignments and paper. -Adopt teaching methods and instructional material to meet students varying needs, abilities and interests. -Specifications: —Bachelor Degree. —Experience in Training (2-5 Years). —Excellent in English and Arabic. —Strong interpersonal skills. —Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills. —Flexible in travelling to governorates inside Egypt.
