Description Visit the patient immediately after the admission time and explaining the role of the guest relations in brief to him /her. Visit the patient on a regular basis ,resolve their problems if there is any. Visit the patient upon his/her discharge and helping him/her to fill in the feedback questionnaire. Fill in daily check list from specifying the problem, sending the incident reports to concerned dep. If there is any. Organize all the process for the VIPs from admission till discharge. Escort the dissatisfied patient from hospital administration office and solve their problems. Send a weekly report to the unresponsive dep. Asking them for their feedback about the incident reports that have been sent to them. Arrange a monthly statistics
Qualifications -Good in English -Good communication Skills -experience from (1-3)years

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Salary (L.E.) 1500 - 2500
