Description Greets visitors and performs general administrative duties Respond to the customer inquiries by answering all incoming calls handle callers inquiries & direct calls to the appropriate person Direct the visitors to the appropriate staff member Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings & conferences Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies Provide general administrative support to management including scanning, faxing and copying Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails Schedule and coordinate appointments and travel arrangements Pick up and deliver the mail Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
Qualifications Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. Communications skills Time management skills,
