Maintain high availability / error free data / voice networks ( LAN /WAN /WLAN ) Sharing in defending data networks against illegal intrusions , data theft / intrusions , viruses and spy software Perform all interactions with external suppliers for accomplishing telecom projects or troubleshooting failed connections / devices. Knowledge of call centers voice networking / management is a plus Managing PBX Microsoft System Engineer Knowledge is a big plus ( Exchange , ISA , TMG ) Apple products experience is a big plus
Qualifications Bachelor Degree Have experience in the following ( 2Y At least ) : Advanced skills as IT projects coordinator Cisco firewall , router and switches LAN /WLAN building /Wiring DNS , DHCP , messaging systems and products / protocols TCP/IP , LAN /WAN /WLAN methodologies / designs IT Security products on MS networks against viruses and spy programs Technologies like TCP/IP , MPLS , GSM , ADSL ,WiFi and PBX concepts Appreciated Certificates : CCNA , CCNP Must be a team player , enthusiastic and willing to work and learn around the clock
