Description —Manage section resources ( staff , time , inventory , tools & budget ) effectively —Listen & solve internal & external customerscomplaints effectively in shortest possible time. —Meet budget goals & due dates . —Responsible on sub-ordinate appraisal , motivation& development . —Ensure all manufacturer regulatory requirements & company procedures are met and carried out correctly. —Reporting —Creatively in analyzing problems to its roots and providing out of the box solutions. —Perform maintenance and calibration for equipment : particle counters , TOC , gas analyzers , lab water system.
Qualifications •Engineer ( preferred Electric / Medical ) •At least 4 years’ experience in lab equipment maintenance. •Very good English written & conversation. •Good presentation skills. •Service Management & customer service studies or practical experience in the same subjects . •Full time , senior level.
