Qualifications - Law degree. - Minimum seven years of experience in the field. - Corporate Lawyer - Excellent knowledge of the following Laws: Corporate Governance Rules, Code of Conduct, Board Secretary Duties, Regulator’s Decisions, Law No.95 year 1992, Law No.159 year 1981, Law No.8 year 1997, Law No 12 year 2003 and Among others. - Very Good knowledge of drafting and reviewing contracts - Very Good knowledge of litigation proceedings
