Description — Coordinate fabrication and installation activities to ensure operation and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications. — Coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair activities to obtain optimum utilization of machines and equipment. — Check the Mechanical problems during operations and set all possible steps to prevent re-occurrence of such problems. — Carry out periodic maintenance according to the preventive maintenance system guidelines. — Identify all new spares & tools released through the main workshop to maintain different plant“s equipment. — Monitor & control spare usages and quantities in the main warehouse & fast stations of the Company. — Ensure the availability of all raw materials required to manufacture spare parts. — Train staff to carry out mechanical repairs safely. — Ensure correct completion of 5 why root cause analysis and job cards. — Identify & eliminate root cause of all failures.
Qualifications • Plastic Knowledge and practices. • Analytical and Critical Thinking • Problem Solving • Active Listening • Quality Focus • Ability to define problems, collects data, and draw valid conclusions.
