Description      Responsible for all production activities inside the factory  Follow & monitoring of documents system to compile with GMP, ISO system  Follow all EHS instructions inside the factory  Follow the implementation of the corrective action taken through the external audit & reporting the final action to technical director  Monitoring the keeping of the batch manufacturing & packaging processing  Follow the calibration plan with coordination by eng dept  Evaluate the corrective & preventive action form the internal audit  Reviewing & issuing the process & cleaning validation  Approved the quality standard documents to compile with quality regulations  Approved of batch processing /packaging record design  Reconciliation the batches after processing & packaging steps  Issuing all SOP related to production  Ensure that GMP rules are followed  Participate in the cleaning validation / process validation activities  Evaluate the performance of his team  Provide support in investigation of any complaints  Responsible for achieving monthly plan (quantity / Quality /Delivering time)  Participate with quality manager in supplier evaluation  Manage operation/ materials/ equipment inside the factory  Send Monthly report (productivity / efficiency /waste / headcount / overtime ) to plant director  Ensure that all production done according to GMP
