Description Implement security standards, policies and procedures. Direct and coordinate security activities to safeguard organization assets, employees,guests or others on organization property. Supervise subordinate senior security guards and security guards performing activities such as training, assigning work, evaluating performance or disciplining. Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement. Collect and analyze security data to determine security needs,security program goals or program accomplishments. Communicate security status, updates and actual or potential problems using established protocols. Conduct physical examination of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. Identify, investigate or resolve security breaches.
Qualifications Knowledge of all regulations, ordinances and laws pertaining to the safeguard of persons and property. Knowledge of modern security procedures and methods used for the protection of persons and property. Ability to organize and plan the work of subordinates. Ability to communicate orally and in writing ,submit reports and maintain records.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Emergency medical services first aid kits. Knows how to handle Fire extinguishers. Familiar with the technology used in this occupation.
