Description 1. Respond to input from customers and support managers to help identifying better ways of providing the service. 2. Provide help and advice to customers. 3. Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face. 4. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly statistical reports as appropriate. 5. Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers. 6. Aid the Customer Care Manager in ensuring that all relevant standards within the customer charter are met. 7. Meeting regularly with other customer care representatives to discuss customer complaint. 8. Train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service. 9. Learn about our products and services and keep up to date with changes. 10. Keep ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses.
Qualifications B.Sc. of tourism and Hotels. Or equivalent.
