Description AX Developer will successfully develop modifications, customizations, integrations, provision data, and generate reports from Dynamics AX 2012 R2 and other related products. This position involves software development and maintenance throughout the entire project life cycle for a variety of mission-critical, enterprise applications. He will be responsible for converting functional requirements into customizations using .NET and AX native programming languages. This will be a collaborative effort between AX developer and the functional consultant. This person will spend the majority of their time executing tasks related to client delivery of Dynamics AX customizations, workflow development, report writing, data migration and integration. AX developer will be part of a team that will use problem-solving skills to design, develop and customize Dynamics AX.
Qualifications •Bch. degree in MIS or Computer Science •2+ years of proven expertise customizing Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012) •2+ years of proven expertise to create and modify Dynamics AX reports using SQL Server Reporting Services. •3-5 years technical experience with .NET and X++ 3-5 years technical experience with ERP software •Knowledge of finance, trade and logistics and either service management or project functionality within Dynamics AX 2012 is plus. •Acquired Dynamics AX 2012 development certification •Proven project experience with AIF and/or services •Proven project experience modifying or creating new reports using SQL Server Reporting Services •Understanding of Dynamics AX 2012 data structures •Experience integrating to and from Dynamics AX using AIF and/or services
