Department:

As a Lead Digital Marketing Officer in QR Holidays you will be mainly responsible for executing online marketing and brand positioning for the QRH product.

The objective will to drive the volume and quality of website visits with a commensurate increase in direct sales and online brand affinity. The selected candidate will work closely with all areas of the Marketing Team to ensure that initiatives are synchronous with Qatar Airways' overall marketing and communication goals.

Accountabilities will include:

* Develop QRH's online share to increase online revenue

* Help drive multi-channel revenue by linking online marketing with offline sales.

* Provide management with market intelligence and feedback from customers and competitors

* Manage and coordinate website and online services

* Maintain an email database and social media (fans and followers)


Person:

You will have Bachelor’s degree or Graduate with E Commerce/ Development with minimum 5 years of job-related experience in digital marketing or similar.

You will have exposure of digital content management and other rich media and be proficient using tools to track and report on response rates, traffic and pick up. Should have good knowledge of Google Analytics, WebTrends or Adobe Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of revenue attribution models in online also essential. Strong awareness of all products and routes of QR will also be vital to your success in this position.
