Description Insure, control and monitor the proper resources and services required for project implementation. Direct and manage project continuous development Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Coordinate with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverable. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. Responsible for supervising and manage health , safety and environment management system. Evaluate all new hired staff after the probation period Prepare annual performance appraisal to all the subordinates Assure the compliance with all company QMS & HSE MS.
Qualifications Minimum 4 years in the same position. Experience in Huawei, Ericsson, and Vodafone projects is a MUST. Bachelor in telecom engineering. leadership, communication, problem solving, time management skills are required. PMP is a plus. average age is 35 years. MALES ONLY
