Description Sales Development of existing&new customers. Development&training of existing&new sales partners in the direct sales & distributor network. Developing existing&new targeted markets together with regional sales teams. Lead the profiling&identification of new customers across the region and all product portfolio applications. Liaise with the After Sales Service Group to build up service network capability in region. Preparation, discussion&negotiation of requests, quotations and tenders as necessary. Maintain a high level of customer face time (>50%) Strategic Management of local business partners&development of the sales network (including agency assessment&selection) for each industry&country as required. Marketing Customer Relationship Management (establish CRM-actions and follow up). Visit, organisation&participation of relevant industry exhibitions&fairs. Advertisements in industry related magazines&trade journals. Organisation of projects e.g. customer events, forums, training,seminars. Regular customer information (newsletter, direct calls). Market research&Studies (Market Segmentation, Customer Structure. Analysis (ABC-Analysis), Observation of competitors, Product Portfolio). Strategic Development of Strategic Business Plans. Strategic actions based on own market analysis findings and approved execution plan. Opportunity recognition (based on competition, Benchmarks,SWOT-Analysis etc.). Identifying new markets & market segments to apply Bornemann product range&synergies with ITT centrifugal product range. Integration management of existing sales channels ITT& Bornemann structures. Reporting Strategic reporting to General Management. Sales reporting to General Management and Sales Controlling. Budget reporting to General Management&Sales Controlling. Establish&consolidate regular reporting system from regional sales partners.
Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Experience in business development, operational and strategic Marketing, Sales, Project Management, Export regulations. Results orientated and proven track record in Sales minimum 5 years’ experience. Business practise, market and intercultural knowledge of target region. Preferred Language skills of English essential and Arabic and/or German would be considered an advantage. University degree in Business Administration or Industrial/Business & Engineering preferred however candidates with the appropriate experience and proven track record will also be approved COMPETENCIES: Good communication&interpersonal skills in complex international business environment. Flexibility&creativity. Ability to work independently as well as team orientated. Strong (self) organizational skills. Perseverance&result orientation.
