Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Supervises the day-to-day operations of Production Planning to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Follow up on the production plan implementation on a daily basis to make sure that the plan is being implemented effectively Maintain regular contact with the production and packaging operations to ensure that there is effective coordination and that sales requirements are met. Challenge the supply chain team on the best possible ways to honour the demand needs Act as the communication bridge between all external departments and supply chain. Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude
Qualifications Bachelor degree in a business-related field Advanced communication skills Strong Time management skills Ability to work under stress Bachelor degree in Logistics and supply chain 0-2 year experience in the supply planning field
