Description     —Contract Administrator establish consistency and provide administrative of Contracting process. —Contract Administrator should be able to manage and organize contracts files, and looking to find the needed approvals according to the set authority levels and through different channels of sourcing (Tendering, RFQ‡etc). —The interpersonal and communication skills are essential due to collaborating with diverse groups, and to use keen eye for detail and skills in copy-editing, grammar, style, spelling and punctuation throughout the tendering / contracting development effort. Expert knowledge of office productivity applications and procurement software contribute to the production of high-caliber contractual documents. —Contract Administrator reviewing and negotiating with suppliers of products and/or services. This includes administering terms and conditions, as well as reviewing contractual agreement with vendors. —Contract Administrator should administrate contracts including and not limited to monitoring of performed works of contractors in terms of time, quality, and costs set in the contracts, for the purpose of ensuring the terms and conditions of the agreement are followed. —Contract Administrator should have experience about contracting strategies and the deployment of different types of contracts to ensure proper sourcing according to potential demand, types of needed services, and importance of the need‡etc. —Contract Administrator should demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work products for complex, high-visibility tenders / contracts
Qualifications    •At least a bachelors degree in business administration or a discipline related to commercial contracts. Along with education, previous experience in purchasing and contract drafting &negotiations and good computer skills is also required. •Contracts Administrator must have good grammar, typing, and communication skills as well in Arabic and English. •Not less than 4 and up to 6 years contracting proved experience.
