Description Responsible to develop and implement projects, production and processing methods, and controls to meet customer based quality standards in the most cost effective manner, improved efficiency and reduce cost. Through the application of engineering fundamentals and advanced process control statistical tools, ensure processes are centered, capable and in control, reduce process variations and resolve special causes of variation Evaluates daily production reports regarding man-hours, machine hours, output, quality and material usage as compared to standards, and reviews non-compliance areas with employees to determine causes of variances from standard Coordination of production schedule Responsible for ensuring completed projects are in compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards and regulations. Prioritizes, coordinates, and allocates work assignments to staff, and resolves day-to-day staffing problems and issues Improvement of production processing, quality and efficiency Reduction of downtimes and production cost Reduction of industrial accidents and awareness of ISO standards 9001:2008, 14001:2004, 22000:2005 & BS OHSAS 18001:2007
Qualifications • Mechanical Engineering ( Production Department ) • Approximately 2 - 5 years of related experience in Plastic , Glass , ceramic and Steel industrial • Excellent Communication and leadership Skills • Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
