Description 1. End to end processing of company payrolls (monthly). 2. Maintenance of payroll system and leave planning system. 3. Updating and maintaining payroll records. 4. Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries. 5. Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports. 6. Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime and shift allowances etc. 7. Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations. 8. Calculation and processing of termination payments. 9. Processing increases and calculation of back pays. 10. Assisting Payroll Manager with month end consolidation. 11. Assisting with the items related to budget
Qualifications • University degree in commerce • Experience not more than 2 years. • Excellent communication skills. • Attention to detail. • Numerical ability and data entry skills. • Ability to work to deadlines. • Understanding of payroll legislation and processes • Ability to interpret awards and relevant legislation. • Preferably who has experience with Oracle system • Proficiency in the use of computer programs • English Language is a MUST.
