Description 1. Ensure that each program/project is following the standard processes and using all related templates (taking into consideration the tailoring sheet if it exists) by conducting Process and Product QA audits as per the QA schedule for each program/project. 2. Prepare the QA Audit Non-compliance Report (NCR) and suggest corrective actions. 3. Ensure that the QA Audit Non-compliance Report (NCR) corrective actions are implemented by the defined due dates and escalate the status to the QA Director in case of any delay. 4. Conduct periodic audits on the tracking reports on the program/ project QA schedule, track the NCR until project closure and validate the measurement data. 5. Review and approve the project Measurement and Analysis plans (MAP) and record comments in the V&V tracker. 6. Collect and store the validated measurement data as per the frequency defined in the project Measurement and Analysis Plan (MAP) in the Measurement and Analysis sheet. 7. Collect and store the validated Organizational Measurement and Analysis data as per the frequency defined in the Measurement and Analysis Plan (MAP) in the Organization Measurement & Analysis sheet. 8. Review the Configuration Management plan(s) using the CMP review checklist, record comments in the V&V Tracker and track the defects till closure. 9. Conduct Configuration Management audits which shall include two types of audits - functional and physical CM audits.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • Knowledge of QA programs • Knowledge of CMMI Process • Knowledge of ISO 20000
