Description — Job Objective: To design, implement, maintain and manage Active Directory Environment and related applications. Help manage a full technical environment, including systems administration across a wide array of technical services. — Job Responsibilities: o Administer and support Active Directory, DNS, and Microsoft Exchange infrastructure by: Enforcing change management and compliance processes; Installing, configuring and maintaining server operating systems and repairing server hardware on a regular basis; Participating in disaster recover planning, testing and response; Performing network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems; o Support the management of common email applications (Outlook, OWA, PDA based email) and provide a 24/7 on-call support for the email environment; o Manage appropriate setup of applications hosted via Microsoft Exchange or reliant on Microsoft Exchange (including, but not limited to BlackBerry services); o Manage network system backups and provide a comprehensive disaster recovery plan for the entire Active Directory infrastructure and related services; and maintain appropriate documentation on the entire Microsoft Active Directory environment; o Plan and manage maintenance activities as require and perform general system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory environment; o Support, maintain and administer third party applications, produce appropriate documentation for application deployment, configuration, and related processes; o Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications o Advanced Knowledge of Active Directory administration and troubleshooting o Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010 o Advanced Knowledge of core Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server 2003 & 2008 o Advanced Knowledge of: Server/Client Security Hardening TMG (Proxy and Publishing) ADRMS PKI Forefront Protection for Exchange Forefront Endpoint protection NAP with IPSEC (Optional)

Other Skills o Advanced Scripting skills and knowledge of Windows Powershell o Intermediate Knowledge of Internet/Intranet technologies, including security features o Intermediate Risk Management Skills o Intermediate Knowledge of network infrastructure and operations, including switching, routing, Ethernet, TCP/IP o Intermediate Knowledge of remote access technology o Intermediate Knowledge of supporting and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server 2005 o MCSE Certification is preferred • Professional Experience: o Ex-patriots: 5+ years of hands-on experience and expert knowledge in Active Directory administration and troubleshooting; o Demonstrated experience in working with Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007, supporting mobile email devices such as BlackBerry, and supporting/ maintaining and administering core Microsoft technologies including Windows Server 2003.
