Description Under direct supervision from Service Director and with guidance from CEO, the Service Manager will be responsible for the following: Manage and supervise Interact Computer Stores Service Center including Personal Systems, Imaging and Printing and Enterprise Services .Attend management meetings to bring service issues, comments and enhancement to top management attention. Provide guidance and direct supervision for all service units in terms of:- Monitoring day-today activities -Following up on customer satisfaction and complains-Monitor the CRM system for Service Incidents-Monitor spare parts stock and provide guidance on stocking strategy. Maintain excellent relationships with Vendors, Partners and Customers. Responsible for various communication and correspondences with vendors and partners. Negotiate Service Contracts and SLAs with customers and design the service model to achieve such agreements. Monitors costs, timescales and resources used, and takes action where these deviate from agreed levels. Ensures that the quality of delivered systems/services is implemented within the agreed criteria/SLA. Coordinate with Vendors Service Partner managers to keep/enhance Interests KPIs on top levels. Coordinate with various organization departments in service-related issues and maintain high level of cooperation. Maintain high level of reporting for all service division activities by providing regular weekly, Monthly, quarterly and annual reports as needed
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering/Sciences or equivalent. Post graduate studies/certification in IT-related technologies. 7-10 years’ experience in similar position with demonstrated management skills. Strong IT technical background with ability to business orientation . Fluent in listening, reading, writing and speaking English. Strong demonstrated presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with ability to manage teams and projects. Ability to meet tight deadlines and achieving high expectations
