Description Assess existing volume recruiting processes and practices, and recommend and implement appropriately considered means to improve productivity and process efficiencies. Determine appropriate productivity levels for the in-house recruiters and coordinators to meet resource planning requirements clearly identifying any recruiting and/ or development needs. Review current resource planning mechanisms and optimize their usage in determining future requirements. Identify a holistic mix of candidate sourcing channels with ongoing review and evaluation of effectiveness in quantity, quality and retention of hire, to include job boards, careers fairs, open-house days, among others. Continue to promote and evolve the effective conversion of employee referrals. Lead the Diversity recruiting strategy, working and collaborating with divisional HR teams. Identify the most effective interviewing and assessment mechanisms for volume hiring to be deployed aligned to requirements and locations of hire.
