Description —Contribute/author the technical documentation deliverables: Business Requirement Document, Functional Specification, Design, Implementation/Rollout, etc. —Identify and analyze opportunities to decrease service delivery cost, while adding value and automation into the service —Contribute to strategic direction for Microsoft Corporate Identity Services —All-up owner within the team and portions of department-wide projects of medium-to-large scope —Drive changes in the technology with the Product Groups —Collaborate with other service teams to assist in solving their service problems —Develop operational procedures and documentation to ensure the reliability, integrity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness of the system/service —Communicate on a deeply technical level with product engineering and operations teams to improve and optimize both the product and the infrastructure
Qualifications Candidates must pass at least 5 of these exams: Exam 70-410: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 Exam 70-411: Administering Windows Server 2012 Exam 70-412: Configuring Advanced Windows Server 2012 Services Exam 70-413: Designing and Implementing a Server Infrastructure Exam 70-680: Windows 7, Configuring Exam 70-681: Windows 7 and Office 2010, Deploying Exam 70-683: TS: Windows 7, Preinstalling for OEMs - BS/BA in Computer Science, engineering, or related field - +3 years field experience. - Excellent English Language. Skills • Communicating and presenting data effectively • Troubleshooting problems • Being flexible , self-motivated & enthusiastic ,
