Description Design proper supply chain process to match with regional and global process to assure end to end supply process. µEstablish contracts with transportation companies, negotiate contract terms & conditions as well as price & termination policies. µDevelop and implement global, regional, and local strategic sourcing strategy Build and develop relationships with key internal and external suppliers and customers. µPrepare procurement plans for the materials, engineering, sales, operations and warehouse teams including planning, purchasing, expediting, shipping, receipt and inspections, integration, and logistics. µPerform planning renewal process (weekly, monthly, yearly) product segmentation. µInventory managements (monthly MPS, MRP, purchase orders delivery schedule review). µReview asset capabilities in AXAPTA system. µSupervising warehousing and storage of all materials through a staff. µSetting inventory standards for both finished goods and raw materials to meet orders filling rates and set inventory levels. µManaging inventory and continuously identify the opportunities to improve inventory turns and cash flow for the business. µMonitoring the Stock flow and Issuing purchase request with the calculated demand from materials according to the inventory status. µKeeping stock control systems up-to-date and planning future capacity requirements. µSet standards and policies for the EFO Materials departments. Establish best practices for purchasing planning and inventory management of purchased materials to achieve delivery and inventory goals. µRestructuring the purchasing dept. activities, organization, and members. µSupervising the warehousing and inventory control activities. µManaging the department team according to M.B.O (management by objective) method using K.P.Is (key performance indicators).
Qualifications Experience: · 10 to 15 Years experience in the same field, at least 5 years in the same position preferred work in FMCG. Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or sales & Marketing, Supply Chain major Preferable.

Other Skills Production and Processing , Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. · Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources · Transportation — Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits. · English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication. · Demonstrated teamwork ability. · Excellent project management skills.
