Description — Implementing tax planning according to the investments chats considering the Tax Egyptian law, as well as ensuring their compliance. — Ensuring that work activities are carried out according to the pre-set performance goals. — Follow up and finalize any tax disputes at all stages (internal committees, appeal committees, courts) and provide company with a clear study supported by documents to avoid any tax liability on the company. — Preparing and performing corporate, wages, sales and stamp tax inspections. — Preparing the monthly and annual adjustment of tax payroll sheets. — Conduct awareness sessions to others department on current tax rules and update it any. — Prepare the required analysis for annual corporate tax returns. — Manage tax assessments, trade tax legislation engage in Egyptian laws and optimize tax opportunities for company. — Manage tax incentives and ensure fulfillment of incentive conditions. — Manager and mentor tax staff.
Qualifications Experience: • A minimum of 15 years of experience in Tax Consulting in Preparing monthly basis the Sales, Stamp, Salaries, Social Insurance and all types of taxes ensuring that payments are made on time. Education: • Bachelor’s degrees of Accountant major with Certified form the Egyptian Tax Society (ETS) with diploma in Tax Accountant.

Other Skills Knowledge and skills requirements: • Demonstrated teamwork ability. • Excellent project management skills. • Excellent analysis skills - Can work under stress. • Good knowledge of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Excellent understanding and knowledge of the Egyptian Tax laws and regulations. • Fair knowledge on SAP ERP System
