Description *Ensure meeting the companys needs in a timely manner with the required quantity and quality at the lowest cost appropriate, from the international market. *Develop, implement and follow-up programs to achieve savings and cost reduction, and cooperation with local procurement department. *Improving the maintenance and securing of suitable devices and organizing of the procurement process including all the required documents. *Identify supplies and checking them with quality management.
Qualifications *Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering with grade not less than V.Good. *4- 6 years of experience in foreign procurement (Oil and Gas field is preferred). *Fluent English language (Language Schools Graduates are preferred). *Excellent communication skills. *Excellent leadership skills.
