Accountant details: Job Title : Accountant Job Code : FI001 Job Department : Finance Department Accountabilities /Position summary: Produced accurate reporting and financial analysis in a timely manner, meeting monthly reporting deadlines. Assist in preparation of detailed and realistic annual departmental budgets and quarterly cost & capital planning. Consistently follow up with department managers on development of actual cost against departmental budgets, providing detailed explanation for budget deviations. Ensure at all times that the company assets are covered with adequate insurance. Follow as well on insurance policy (both domestic and international) renewals. Assist in providing senior management and BOD with high quality financial information and analysis for decision-making support. Assist in projects and investments valuation through common investment valuation techniques NPV, IRR and Payback. Provide financial analysis of new and existing customers in accordance with the company credit policy. Direct and coordinate short and long term debt financing, and Oversee cash position, in addition to Maintaining Banks relations. Full control of company both issued and received Letters of Guarantee to ensure validity. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: A college degree in Accounting, English section. Five years of progressively more responsible general accounting and finance experience. General understanding of accounting principles and transactions. A thorough knowledge and understanding of revenue and banking processes and procedures. The ability to interpret applicable company policies and procedures, applying them consistently and without discrimination. General knowledge of IFRS and EAS. Fluent in English reading &  speaking. Proficiency in using Microsoft office & ERP systems IFRS, CMA or CPA certificates will be an Assets.
