Description Responsible for assisting customers and met their needs. Ensure highest level of customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving sales goals. Monitor the stock availability Testing of products before using it on clients skin. Responsible for advising beauty treatments depending upon the type of skin and hair a customer has. Covering store(s) on daily basis according to a prepared schedule. Achieving a daily/monthly sales target according to locations criteria. Interacting with all prospects/shoppers and conducting the call according to training steps. Conducting face/skin treatment to shoppers according to events schedule Commitment to timings (attendance, breaks and departure). Commitment to agreed uniform and always look in a neat look. Prepare daily reports for sales/interactions and deliver it to supervisor.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor College/ University. Confident & proactive(Act like a shopper guide). Basic etiquette . Good in handling several shoppers behavior with different characteristic.
