Description Planning, supervision and following-up all tasks for the engineering Management department As industrial wares, periodical maintenance and repairing malfunctions — Establishing a general plan for preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipments, and follow-up the implementation process to maintain their efficiency. — Planning for the volume and specifications of the required mechanical and electrical spare parts to reduce the time of breaking-down or equipments malfunctions, besides the Inventory of spare parts balances. — Participate in putting external maintenance contracts for some devices and equipments in addition to Supervise their enforcement. — Informing by the maintenance instructions for equipments to put his recommendations. — Follow-up the process of repairing equipments through viewing their reform reports. — Performing the mechanical and electrical maintenance of the equipments for the non-stop of production process. — Training his crew on the quick performance, In addition to provide mechanical and electrical spare parts, by coordinating with the procurement and quality management departments.
Qualifications •BSC Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical Dept.) •Previous experience in factories / manufacturing field is an asset •Know how to deal with technical problems and finding the ideal methods to solve •Good knowledge of electrical circuits and automatic control systems. •Good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems • Good knowledge of Quality procedures and good manufacturing requirements •7 – 10 years of relevant experience
