Description The current job description is: -Reviewing and auditing Contracts as following. —Review tender dossiers —Check intervention registration on the system —Review short lists when appropriate according to IMC data base and check that the short list consists of service providers relevant to the Terms of Reference prepared by applicant and registered in the relevant fields —Check the offers received and the evaluation report —Make sure that the tendering procedures was in full transparency —Review of contracts according to the evaluation committees report -Reviewing and auditing Framework services procedures. -Supporting IMC staff in understanding and resolving all matters related to procurement. -Preparing periodical reports related to the reviewed contracts. Carry out other field monitoring duties within the region and as assigned.
Qualifications •University degree in related matters preferably Administration, Accounting, Economic or Law. •Minimum six years of work experience. •Direct or indirect experience in implementation and/or administration of technical assistance projects, preferably funded by international donors. •Excellent command of English and Arabic (Spoken & Written). •Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team. •Good supervisory skills. •Good computer skills in MS Office.
