Description — Responsible of all legal cases initiated by or against the Companies such defaults cases, commercial, labour, criminal cases. — Presenting legal notices, law suits, defensive memos and arrangement for all steps of defensive actions in general. 2. Dealing with Governmental Authorities/Entities. — Dealing and representative the company before different governmental Authorities such as (Customs Authority, Ports Authorities, Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban, Public Notary, Police Stations and Public Prosecution). — Represent the company before different authorities such as: Notary Public, Customs Authority, MCDR and Ports Authorities.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Law • Good language skills (Arabic and English). • Good analytical skills. • Excellent Negotiations skills. • Excellent pleading competence. • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company Image to the public.
